El envío toma entre 3 y 6 días hábiles. No enviamos los sábados, domingos y festivos.

Los envíos se realizan por medio de la compañía logística Deprisa y no tienen costo adicional.

Si  desea cancelar su pedido o cambiar detalles como la dirección o el diseño, se debe hacer el mismo día en que se hizo la orden. Si se hace en otro momento puede que se generen cargos adicionales.

Direcciones de envío incompletas o incorrectas:

No nos hacemos responsables de los retrasos y / o mercancías perdidas debido a direcciones de envío incorrectas o incompletas entregadas por el cliente. Cambios de dirección generarán cargos adicionales que deben ser asumidos por el cliente.

* International orders will take 10 to 20 business days to arrive.

* For all the orders  we use «economy» shipping via DHL Express. (It depends on the continent)

* International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to Lina Osorio Design. These fees in addition to the cost of two-way international shipping will be deducted from your refund.
